Abstract: A method for monitoring a shock wave in an extreme ultraviolet light source includes irradiating a target droplet in the extreme ultraviolet light source apparatus of an extreme ultraviolet lithography tool with ionizing radiation to generate a plasma and to detect a shock wave generated by the plasma. One or more operating parameters of the extreme ultraviolet light source is adjusted based on the detected shock wave.
Abstract: An automated vise is disclosed. A gross moveable jaw drive has a stroke longer than the stroke of a fine moveable jaw drive. With this construction, the gross moveable jaw drive can be utilized to actuate the one or more moveable jaws of the vise over a distance greater than the fine moveable jaw drive stroke to a position in which actuation of the fine moveable jaw drive is capable of positioning the one or more moveable jaws in a clamp position to apply pressure to hold the workpiece for machining by, e.g., a CNC machine. In this way, the automated vise can account for workpieces of differing size.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, a risk relationship data store may contain electronic records, each electronic record representing a risk relationship between an enterprise and a risk relationship provider (e.g., an insurer), and including, for each risk relationship, an electronic record identifier and a set of estimated usage attribute values. A back-end application computer server may receive, from a current usage data source, current usage information for the enterprise (e.g., financial information, utility information, IoT information, etc.). Based on the current usage information, the computer server may infer a likely actual current usage for the enterprise. The computer server may then compare the likely actual current usage with the predicted usage attribute value to determine a risk difference result and adjust a risk relationship parameter based on the risk difference result.
Abstract: A user equipment and a method for configuring Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resources are provided. The method includes receiving a first bandwidth part (BWP) configuration associated with a first uplink (UL) BWP, the first BWP configuration including a PUCCH configuration list with a first PUCCH configuration and a second PUCCH configuration, the first PUCCH configuration indicating a first set of PUCCH resource identifiers (IDs), the second PUCCH configuration indicating a second set of PUCCH resource IDs; and receiving a second BWP configuration associated with a second UL BWP, the second BWP configuration including a third PUCCH configuration, the third PUCCH configuration indicating a third set of PUCCH resource IDs. The first set of PUCCH resource IDs and the second set of PUCCH resource IDs share no common PUCCH resource ID.
