The identifier is configured to identify a projection condition of the light lines based on shaping information of the object for measurement. The calculator is configured to calculate a plurality of line shapes from the image captured by the imager, based on the projection condition.
Abstract: A method for fabricating a semiconductor arrangement includes performing a first etching of a semiconductive structure to expose a first portion of a sidewall of a first layer adjacent the semiconductive structure. The first etching forms a first protective layer on the first portion of the sidewall of the first layer, and the first protective layer is formed from a first accumulation of by-product material formed from an etchant of the first etching interacting with the semiconductive structure. The method includes performing a first flash to remove at least some of the first protective layer.

The gas turbine engine includes a compressor having a compressor discharge nozzle, a combustor coupled to the compressor, a turbine coupled to the combustor and the compressor, a fluid flow passage fluidly coupling the compressor and the turbine and bypassing the combustor, and a heat absorption device disposed fluidly along the fluid flow passage at a first predefined location. The heat absorption device includes a casing having an inlet and an outlet, a flow path within the casing and extending between the inlet and the outlet, wherein the flow path directs an input bleed flow diverted from a fluid stream discharged from the compressor, and a phase change material hermetically sealed within the casing. The phase change material is separated from the flow path.
Abstract: A foot brake structure for a mobility device includes: a footboard having an upper surface extending in a plane direction and having a rear wheel at a rear thereof; and a friction plate positioned above the rear wheel, having a portion extending forward of the rear wheel and rotatably assembled to a rear end of the footboard by a rotating shaft, and having a lower surface brought into contact with or spaced apart from a surface of the rear wheel depending on whether or not the friction plate is rotated around the rotating shaft, wherein when the friction plate is rotated around the rotating shaft by an external force, the lower surface of the friction plate is brought into contact with the surface of the rear wheel, thereby applying a braking force to the rear wheel.

Abstract: A controller in a building management system (BMS) includes an integrated wireless network processor chip. The integrated wireless network processor chip includes a wireless radio, a processor, and memory. The wireless radio is configured to exchange data communications with one or more BMS devices controlled by the controller. Both the processor and memory are in communication with the wireless radio and located on the same chip as the wireless radio. The memory includes communication stacks configured to facilitate communications using a building automation and control network communications protocol and a Wi-Fi communications protocol. The integrated wireless network processor chip receives data from the BMS devices via the wireless radio, formats the data using the processor, stores the data in the memory, and sends the data via the wireless radio without requiring any additional processing or communications components outside the integrated wireless network processor chip.
