The semiconductor device structure includes a substrate having a first well region and a second well region and a first fin structure formed in a first region of the first well region. The semiconductor device structure also includes a second fin structure formed in a second region of the first well region. In addition, the second fin structure is narrower than the first fin structure. The semiconductor device structure also includes a third fin structure formed in a first region of the second well region. In addition, a sidewall of the first fin structure is substantially aligned with a sidewall of the third fin structure.
Abstract: A system includes a sand filter disposed within a tank. A pipe connected to the tank is configured to flow fluid in or out of the tank. The system includes a valve configured to selectively allow fluid to flow through the pipe and a flowmeter configured to measure a flow rate of fluid through the pipe. An automatic control unit includes one or more processors and a non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions executable by the one or more processors to perform operations including determining a debris accumulation status for the sand filter based in part on flow measurements from the flowmeter, and determining a failure status of the valve based in part on flow measurements from the flowmeter.
Abstract: An apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a stage and a plate disposed on the stage. The apparatus further includes a pressure film sensor that is formed on the plate and configured to detect a contact force between a plurality of needles on a probe head of a probe card and the pressure film sensor. The apparatus still includes a distance detector that is configured to detect a distance between the pressure film sensor and the needles. In addition, the apparatus includes an adjustment driver that is configured to adjust the probe card based on the detected contact force of the pressure film sensor.
Abstract: This application provides a livestreaming processing method performed by an electronic device. The method includes: obtaining real-time livestreaming data of a livestreaming room while displaying livestreaming content of the livestreaming room; acquiring a portion of the livestreaming content of the livestreaming room according to the real-time livestreaming data, and generating a promotion video according to the acquired portion of the livestreaming content; and; and transmitting the promotion video to a plurality of social networking accounts of a social networking application, wherein the transmitted promotion video provides an option for a user associated with one of the plurality of social networking accounts to join the livestreaming room.

Abstract: Articles and methods relating to filter media are generally provided. In some embodiments, a filter media has an irregular surface structure. For instance, the filter media may comprise a plurality of peaks that are irregular in one or more ways. A ratio of a peak height standard deviation to an average peak height may be greater than or equal to 0.05, and/or a ratio of a peak spacing standard deviation to an average peak spacing may be greater than or equal to 0.08. Abstract: Various embodiments include a trapped vortex combustor and a method for operating trapped vortex combustor. In one embodiment, the trapped vortex combustor comprises a trapped vortex combustion zone and at least one secondary combustion zone disposed downstream of the trapped vortex combustion zone. The trapped vortex combustion zone is operable to receive and combust a first fuel and a first air and produce a first combustion product flowing toroidally therein. The at least one secondary combustion zone is operable to receive and combust the first combustion product and at least one second injection consisting of fuel and/or air and produce at least one second combustion product therein. The combustor may reduce the residence time of the highest temperature combustion products and achieve the lower NOx emission.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for obtaining data annotations from a crowdsourced group of individuals. The individuals can be provided with a set of data describing damage to an item and a variety of annotations can be applied to the data. In a variety of embodiments, multiple individuals can review the same claim and a final claim outcome can be determined based on the multiple reviews. In many embodiments, machine classifiers can process the set of data to identify particular features within the data. Scoring data can be generated, based on annotations provided by other individuals and/or machine classifiers that reflects the adjuster's skill at identifying features within the data and annotating the data. Claims can be assigned to individuals based on the score assigned to the individual.
Abstract: A method performed by a user equipment for wireless communication and a user equipment are provided. Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide an untethered apparatus for measuring properties along a subterranean well. According to at least one embodiment, the untethered apparatus includes a housing, and one or more sensors configured to measure data along the subterranean well. The data includes one or more physical, chemical, geological or structural properties in the subterranean well. The untethered apparatus further includes a processor configured to control the one or more sensors measuring the data and to store the measured data, and a transmitter configured to transmit the measured data to a receiver arranged external to the subterranean well. Further, the untethered apparatus includes a controller configured to control the buoyancy or the drag of the untethered apparatus to control a position of the untethered apparatus in the subterranean well. The processor includes instructions defining measurement parameters for the one or more sensors of the untethered apparatus within the subterranean well.
