The vaccine compositions of the present invention comprise recombinantly produced monomeric and/or dimeric forms of truncated dengue virus envelope glycoprotein that, when formulated together with an adjuvant and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, induce balanced tetravalent immune responses. In preferred embodiments of the compositions described herein, the DEN4 protein component is a dimeric form of DEN4. The compositions are designed to be acceptable for use in the general population, including immunosuppressed, immunocompromised, and immunosenescent individuals. Also provided herein are methods of inducing a protective immune response in a human patient population by administering the compositions described herein to the patients.

The tibial drill guide includes a concave blocking surface and a viewing aperture on the alignment arm member to block the advancement and view the location of a guide pin exiting from a posterior portion of a tibia, respectively.

A part of the direct sound waves propagate through the bed toward the upper side of the bed, and another part of the direct sound waves propagate toward the wave reflecting object, reflected by the wave reflecting object and becoming a reflected sound waves. The reflected sound waves then propagate toward the upper side of the bed and demonstrate stereophonic sound along with the direct sound waves propagating theretoward.
