Abstract: A system and apparatus for an information display cap are described. The apparatus may include an information display cap having a body with a continuous outer surface and inner surface. The body may have multiple hanger attachment members connected to the inner surface and arranged to attach the information display cap to a hanger. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

Abstract: A hanger having an integrally molded plastic hanger body of inverted U-shaped construction defines a pair of horizontally spaced walls adapted to cooperatively define a support for the suspending means of another hanger. Each of the walls defines a tab pivotally connected adjacent the wall bottom for movement between an initial spaced-apart orientation of the tabs and an engaged orientation of the tabs wherein said tabs engage one another to cooperatively define the support.

Abstract: A hanger has a pinch-grip including a pair of vertically-extending components, a biasing spring, and a connector separate and distinct from the biasing spring. The connector pivotably secures together the upper ends of the components for movement, prior to application of the biasing spring to the components, between a substantially unfolded orientation, wherein the components lie in a common plane, and a substantially folded orientation, wherein the components are generally parallel. The connector is integrally molded with the components and configured and dimensioned to lie between the upper ends thereof when the components are in the folded orientation, without substantially inhibiting movement of the upper or lower ends between the closed and open positions.

Abstract: A pinch-grip hanger includes an attachment portion for securing the hanger to a support and at least one pinch-grip for receiving an article for hanging. The pinch-grip includes a pair of components secured to each other, each component including an end for receiving the article therebetween. The pinch-grip also includes a biasing element for biasing the ends together and for permitting separation of the ends towards a fully extended open position by movement of at least one the components. One of the components includes at least one projection extending towards the other component to inhibit some accidental movement of the pinch-grip towards the fully extended open position while permitting intentional movement of the pinch-grip towards the fully extended open position.

Abstract: A garment hanger including a body having a neck with a hook and a pair of shoulders having a plurality of apertures. An anti-slip insert including a plurality of raised portions corresponding to the number of apertures in the shoulders is inserted onto the garment hanger through the apertures. The construction prevents garments from slipping off of the hanger.

Abstract: A garment hanger comprises an integral body of synthetic material having a central portion, a hook portion extending outwardly of said central portion and first and second wing portions at respective opposed side margins of the central portion, the central portion defining, at each side margin thereof, a succession of projections extending outwardly of the side margins, each wing portion defining mutually with the projections a first channel extending into the hanger, the central portion defining a second channel in intersecting relation with the first channel. The second channel is inclined at an acute angle with respect to the first channel and the second channel extends into the central portion interiorly of the side margin thereof.

Abstract: A hanger is comprised of an integral body or snythetic material having a central portion, a hook portion extending outwardly of the central portion and first and second wing portions at respective opposed side margins of the central portion. The central portion defines, at each side margin thereof, a succession of diversely-sized projections extending outwardly of the side margins, the projections being of generally arcuate configuration and each of successively lesser size progressively distal of the hook portion. Each wing portion comprises a member cantilever-supported by the central portion, each such cantilever-supported member defining mutually with the projections, spacings of successively lesser measure progressively distal of the hook portion.

Abstract: A hanger comprised of an integral body of molded synthetic material defines a hook portion having an interior detent for the receipt of a display rod and an elongate channel open exteriorly of the hanger body and extending into communication with the detent, the detent being of cross-sectional dimension exceeding the cross-sectional dimension of the channel, the hanger being adapted to retentively, releasably contain the display rod on insertion thereof through the channel into the detent by imposing generally radially directed force onto the display rod. Abstract: An upstanding hanger for the hanging of a garment of the tupe having shoulder straps has a central portion, a hook portion extending upwardly of the central portion and first and second wing portions extending outwardly of respective opposed side margins of the central portion, each wing portion having an end segment inclined downwardly at an acute angle with respect to the wing portion and defining a slot for receipt of a garment shoulder strap. In a second aspect, hangers of the invention having central and wing portions configure the wing portions with end segments which have spring action capacity for retentively notching shoulder straps therein. In a third aspect, hangers of the invention having central and wing portions configure the wing portions with end segments which have the capacity for retaining shoulder straps in one of plural positions relative thereto for more esthetically pleasing display of the garment.

Abstract: A garment hanger adapted to support an elongated rod. The hanger includes an elongated body having two ends and a hook portion therebetween. The ends of the body extend downwardly to form a pair of spaced legs each having a rod receiving portion, with each rod receiving portion being defined by a bottom wall, a back wall joined to the bottom wall and forming part of the body and an upstanding resilient tongue joined to the bottom wall and spaced a predetermined distance from the back wall to define a rod receiving slot. The back wall includes an opening therein in alignment with the tongue defined by the bottom wall, top wall and opposing side walls, the surfaces of the side walls facing the tongue each having an undercut for capturing the rod when inserted in the slot. The tongue biases the rod in the slot against the undercuts to lock the rod in the rod receiving portions.
