The support includes a mounting surface to carry at least one device. At least one rail constrains movement of the base along a horizontal plane. A pivot actuator is configured to pivot the support between a vertical position and a horizontal position. The mounting surface is substantially orthogonal to the horizontal plane in the vertical position. In the horizontal position, the mounting surface is substantially parallel to the horizontal plane.
