Abstract: A perambulator rocking unit suitable for use in carrying out rocking of a perambulator of any type, including a push chair, stroller, or full sized perambulator, is provided. The rocking unit comprises a cradle support for at least one wheel, but preferably two, cradle supports for two laterally spaced, axially aligned wheels, of a perambulator, the cradle supports in turn being carried by a body supported by support rockers engaging the floor. A rocking mechanism is provided wherein a weight is cyclically moved from side to side across the center of gravity of the rocker unit to effect rocking thereof to and fro, with consequent rocking of a perambulator partially supported thereon.
