Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and computer-readable media directed to a software application that may be downloaded to and executed on any type of end terminal (may also be referred to as a user equipment), through which UEs of heterogenous systems sharing a frequency band can inform each other and coordinate usage and transmission in the shared frequency band in a distributed and near real-time manner to avoid and minimize interference. This software application can provide an application-based approach for wireless spectrum management.
Abstract: One or more aspects of the present disclosure are directed to techniques for interference cancellation in the present of Multi-User Interference (MUI). In one aspect, a method includes receiving a mixture signal at a receiver, the mixture signal including a first intended signal and at least one interfering signal overlappingly transmitted with the first intended signal; processing the mixture signal to identify the at least one interfering signal, the processing including at least applying an adaptive filtering to a re-modulated version of each of the at least one interfering signal to yield at least one reconstructed interfering signal; and determining the first intended signal using the mixture signal and the at least one reconstructed interfering signal.

Abstract: One or more aspects of the present disclosure are directed to network optimization solutions provided as software agents (applications) executed on network nodes in a heterogenous multi-vendor environment to provide cross-layer network optimization and ensure availability of network resources to meet associated Quality of Experience (QoE) and Quality of Service (QoS). In one aspect, a network slicing engine is configured to receive at least one request from at least one network endpoint for access to the heterogeneous multi-vendor network for data transmission; receive information on state of operation of a plurality of communication links between the plurality of nodes; determine a set of data transmission routes for the request; assign a network slice for serving the request; determine, from the set of data transmission routes, an end-to-end route for the network slice; and send network traffic associated with the request using the network slice and over the end-to-end route.

Abstract: A method of dynamically routing packets to a destination node performed by a computing device is disclosed. The method includes: (1) detecting a status of a plurality of links to the destination node across a plurality of communications modalities; (2) determining a set of links to use for routing packets to the destination node based on the detected statuses; and (3) sending packets to the destination node via the determined set of links. A related computer program product, apparatus, and system are also disclosed.

Abstract: One or more aspects of the present disclosure are directed methods, devices and computer-readable media for receiving, at a receiver, a signal, the signal including a cover signal and an embedded co-channel anomalous signal; performing, at the receiver, signal processing on the signal to determine one or more characteristics of the signal; inputting, at the receiver, the one or more characteristics into one or more trained neural networks; and receiving, as an output of the trained neural network, a classification of the signal, the classification identifying the cover signal and the embedded co-channel anomalous signal.
