Abstract: A lock for fire hydrants includes a stem with an activating end (2), which at the top projects through a fixedly mounted top cover (1), said fire hydrant including a weathershield (7) to be mounted on the activating end (2). The lock includes a fastening means (5) adapted to be fixedly mounted atop the top cover (1) adjacent the activating end (2) of the stem. Further, a locking device (16) is provided for locking the weathershield (7) together with the fastening means (5).

Abstract: A pipe coupling (1) includes a pipe-shaped sleeve (2) being provided with a protruding flange (4) at least in one end, said flange having a tapering end face (6). The pipe coupling further including an annular gripping ring (13) divided into ring segments (17), an annular resilient sealing ring (12) provided between the flange (4) and the gripping ring (13), a pressure ring (8) and tightening means of the bolt/nut type (26, 27). The pressure ring (8) is divided into a number of separate, mutually interspaced ring segments (10) each provided with an abutment face (9) adapted to displaceably abut the end face (6) of the flange (4). The bolts (26) extend through elongated, radially extending openings (30) in the flange (4) and through clearance holes (32) in the pressure ring segments (10).
Abstract: A sleeve (1) for a T-bolt (21) comprises a longitudinally extending part (2) having a first end (3) and a second end (4), and a longitudinal axis (5) extending from the first end (3) to the second end (4). The longitudinally extending part (2) has a through-going interior bore (6) extending along said longitudinal axis (5) from said first end (3) to said second end (4). The longitudinally extending part (2) has an exterior surface (7) with a shape adapted to engage a recess of an object so that the sleeve (1) is rotationally retained about the longitudinal axis (5), when said longitudinally extending part (2) is inserted in said recess of said object. The sleeve (1) additionally comprises retaining means for retaining a T-bolt (21) so that said T-bolt (21) is rotationally retained about the longitudinal axis (5), when the T-bolt (21) is inserted in the bore (6) of said sleeve (1).
Abstract: A shut-off valve (1, 101) including a valve housing (2, 102) having a flow passageway (3, 103); a shut-off member (22, 122) displaceably arranged in the housing between an open position and a closed position of the valve flow passageway through an actuator device (15, 115). The actuator device includes a nut member (20, 120) provided with an internal thread (21, 121) having a first thread pitch, and an outer stem member (17, 117) provided with an external thread (19, 119) engaging the internal thread (21, 121) of the nut member, and with an internal thread (18, 118) (21, 121) with a second pitch differing from the first pitch and engaging a corresponding external thread (12, 112) on an inner stem member (6, 106). The threads coacting during the major part of the closing movement of the shut-off member (22, 122) are provided with larger pitch than those coacting during the final part of the closing movement.
