    Abstract: A wound closing bandage may include a first member and a second member, each with a first end and a second end. The first member and the second member may be positioned adjacent to one another and secured in an optimal initial position with respect to one another by way of a locator tab. The first ends of the first member and the second member may be positioned on and secured to the skin of a user and adjacent to the edges of an open wound or incision, the bandage location may be guided by a locator line. The second ends of the first member and the second member may be pulled apart from one another, severing or detaching the locator tab and pulling the open wound closed. The second ends may then be secured to the skin and/or top of the first ends already secured to the skin.

A pedal arm may be provided with a first end pivotally coupled to the first crank assembly and a pedal positioned on a second end. A crank link may be used with one end coupled to the second crank assembly and a second end coupled to the pedal arm. The crank link may be movable on the pedal arm which may provide varying paths of motion of the pedals.

One or more weight horns may be used to add additional mass to the carriage. A brake may be used to control the downward movement of the carriage after the carriage is actuated over vertical by a user or a lift that is “missed” causing the carriage to be safely lowered to a starting position.

    Abstract: A flying insect trap uses one or more attractants desirable to a particular insect, such as many species of mosquitoes. The insect trap uses a carbonic compound and an acid to produce carbon dioxide with water vapor thereby also providing some airborne acid. The chemicals are combined in a liquid trap to which airflow is directed. A fan or other airflow generator provides the wind. The device has an intake port and an exhaust vent. The intake port may be positioned directly above the exhaust vent. A light, such as a light emitting diode (LED) is positioned near the intake port. This illuminates the intake port, the light being another mosquito attractant. The color of the light may be a variety of colors such as blue or green but may also be white. A second trap in the form of a glue trap may also be used. This trap may include a sticky surface where airflow is also directed. The liquid trap provides an acidic and watery capture for the vacuumed insects and the glue trap is the second trap.

    Abstract: An exercise device that includes an upper frame with a user support that cantilevers over a lower frame provides for reduced storage and the potential for shipping in a pre-assembled state. The upper frame is supported by the lower frame with a rolling element there between. The rolling element can be in the form of rollers that are rotatably mounted to the foot portion of the upper frame and the head portion of the lower frame. The rolling element can also take the form of one of more rollers, which constantly articulate with each of the upper and lower frames. A spring bias is included to provide a resistance to movement of the upper frame with respect to the lower frame. The lower frame, and therefore the supported upper frame, can also be pivotally mounted to a base frame, thereby enabling the upper frame to be positioned in an inclined state.
