Abstract: A padlock for securing a switch of an industrial plant comprises a lock body and a hoop which is displaceably held at the lock body, wherein the lock body has a lock housing composed of plastic, a lock cylinder having a rotatable cylinder core, and a rotatable latching member, wherein the cylinder core and the latching member are rotationally fixedly coupled to one another by means of a coupling element and wherein the latching member is rotatable from a release position into a latching position to lock the hoop at the lock body. The padlock is characterized in that the coupling element has at least one first bearing section, one second bearing section and therebetween a shaft section between the latching member and the lock cylinder, said shaft section connecting the first bearing section to the second bearing section and having a smaller diameter than the two bearing sections.

Abstract: A joint lock comprises a lock body and a joint bar hoop, wherein the lock body accommodates a lock cylinder and a latch which is selectably movable by the lock cylinder from a locked position into a release position and wherein the joint bar hoop comprises a plurality of joint bars pivotally linked to one another, wherein a first end of the joint bar hoop has an elongate closing bar which can be introduced into an introduction opening of the lock body and which can be locked in the lock body by means of the latch. The joint lock is characterized in that the lock body furthermore accommodates a preloading device which preloads the latch into the locking position, with the latch being temporarily movable against the preloading from the locking position into the release position by introduction of the locking bar into the lock body, with the preloading device being adapted to move the latch back into the locking position again when the locking bar is completely introduced into the lock body.

Abstract: A rekeyable lock cylinder and a padlock with a rekeyable lock cylinder includes a cylindrical core formed to receive a key and an outer casing formed around the core. The cylinder core may be provided with one or more reconfiguration channels. Pins and springs mounted in openings formed in a spring holder connected to the casing can be removed through the one or more reconfiguration channels when the reconfiguration channels in the core align with assembly openings in the casing and the pin openings in the spring holder, thereby allowing the adaptation of the number of pins mounted in the lock cylinder to the number of cuts provided in the key.

The blocking element can be displaced in the axial direction with respect to the axis of rotation of the adjustment rings from a blocking position into a release position. The adjustment rings are rotationally operationally coupled to axially movable driver elements. The driver elements have axial elevated portions, wherein the driver elements cooperate via the elevated portions in the axial direction such that the blocking element is only displaced axially in the release position by means of the driver elements in that the secret code is set at the adjustment rings.

Abstract: The invention relates to a hoop lock having a lock body and a hoop which is movable relative to the lock body between an open position and a closed position. The lock body has a lock housing and a closing mechanism which is fastened in the lock housing and has a driver. The driver is selectively movable into an unlatched position or into a latched position. A latching device is furthermore provided in the lock body and acts between the driver of the locking mechanism, the hoop and the lock housing. The latching device latches the hoop to the lock housing when the hoop is in the closed position and the driver of the locking mechanism is in the latched position. At least a part of the latching device is movable together with the hoop between the open position and the closed position of the hoop.
