Abstract: A device for displaying a document comprises a front transparent planar sheet and a rear planar sheet, each sheet having three edges that are coterminous with and permanently affixed to a corresponding edge of the other sheet, thereby forming an envelope having three sealed edges and an open end. The device further comprises an adhesive strip affixed to either the front sheet or the rear sheet and positioned across the open end between the front and rear sheets to selectively seal the open end, an interior edge seal positioned interiorly to the three sealed edges, thereby forming a double edge seal along the three sealed edges, and a first corner seal and a second corner seal, each extending onto but not all the way through the adhesive strip on opposite ends of the open end.

Abstract: A harness for training the muscles used during hitting and swinging athletic movements comprising an arm portion, the arm portion comprising a pair of arm members for engaging a trainee's arms, wherein each arm member comprises a lower arm band adapted for positioning around the trainee's lower arm, a waist portion for engaging a midsection of the trainee's body, a leg portion, the leg portion comprising a pair of leg members for engaging the trainee's legs, wherein each leg member comprises a thigh band adapted for positioning around the trainee's thigh and a leg connecting web connecting the thigh band to the waist portion, a resilient and extensible arm tether extending from each lower arm band to the waist portion; and a resilient and extensible leg tether extending from each leg connecting web for connection to a restraint structure.

Abstract: An arm training device comprises a resilient and extensible tether, a set of bindings for the upper and lower arm, such that the set of bindings is connected to each other and to a tether. The other end of the tether is then connected to a restraint means which provides resistance for the arm moving or exerting motion away from restraint means. In one embodiment, particularly suitable for development of both arms, two sets of arm bindings are provided for attachment to upper and lower parts of both arms and the tethers of each set of arm bindings are then attached to a belt to be worn about the waist. In another embodiment, a single set of arm bindings is provided for attachment to upper and lower parts of the one involved arm, and the opposite end of the tether is provided with a loop or similar means for attachment to a stationary source of resistance or to be held by the trainer.
