Abstract: A system and method for facilitating digital rationalization of a correspondence is disclosed. The system may include a processor including DTRE. The DTRE may receive a plurality of templates from at least one database coupled to the processor. The plurality of templates may pertain to a given correspondence. The DTRE may process the plurality of templates to identify static objects and dynamic objects. The static objects may be indicative of components that may be common across the plurality of templates. The dynamic objects may be indicative of components that may vary across the plurality of templates. The DTRE may generate, at least one rationalized template based on analysis of the identified static and dynamic objects. The at least one rationalized template may optimally represent the given correspondence, and may enable transmission of the given correspondence having content pertaining to any of the plurality of templates.

Abstract: A device may receive application data identifying an application to be executed by a hybrid cloud computing environment and constraint data identifying constraints associated with the hybrid cloud computing environment. The device may select objectives based on the application data and the constraint data, and may identify factors associated with the objectives. The device may correlate the factors with potential data centers, and may apply weights to the correlated factors to generate correlated factor scores. The device may identify a list of data centers based on the correlated factor scores, and may determine a reduced list of data centers. The device may apply a preference technique to the reduced list of data centers to generate a ranked list of data centers, and may determine the hybrid cloud computing environment based on the ranked list of data centers. The device may perform actions based on the hybrid cloud computing environment.

Abstract: A device may receive real time telecommunications data associated with a telecommunications network, and may select a first machine learning model from a first plurality of machine learning models based on the real time telecommunications data. The device may select a second machine learning model from a second plurality of machine learning models based on the real time telecommunications data. The device may process, in a first stage, the real time telecommunications data, with the first machine learning model, to determine a probability score indicating whether a customer technical problem telephone call will occur. The device may process, in a second stage and based on the probability score satisfying a threshold, the real time telecommunications data, with the second machine learning model, to determine a category associated with the customer technical problem telephone call, and may perform one or more actions based on the category.

Abstract: An authentication and applications access system provides access to a plurality of backend applications via a social media application installed on a user device. Metadata associated with a request to access one of the plurality of backend applications is initially extracted. The metadata is used to authenticate the request via a plurality of validation steps. Upon authentication, the information from the request is provided to the backend application to receive the results responsive to the request. Any sensitive data included in the results is suppressed via data substitution steps from the transmission to the user device. The output from the applications access system with the sensitive data occluded is provided for display on a social media user interface (UI) on a user device.

The elastic requisition stack may determine candidate databases for inclusion in elastic pools by analyzing historical utilization data and generating predicted utilization data. Based on the historical and predicted utilization data, the elastic requisition stack may determine multiplexing characteristics for the candidate databases and complement factors among the databases. The elastic requisition stack may compare unpooled database performance to pooled database performance to determine whether to pool the candidate databases.

Abstract: This application discloses a system and method for federated collaborative machine learning model development using local training datasets that are not shared. An adaptive and evolutionary approach is used to select local training nodes that are most fit from one training round to the next training round to optimize an overall cost and performance function for the federated learning, to cross-over model architecture between local training nodes, and to perform model architecture mutation within local training nodes. The local training nodes are further clustered to account for the inhomogeneity in the local datasets. Such adaptive, evolutionary, and collaborative federated learning thus provides cost-effective and high-performance model development.

The data augmentor may receive a task data pertaining to information related to a pre-defined task to be performed by the model. The data augmentor may augment the task data to obtain an augmented aspect data. The model evaluator may evaluate a trained model based on the augmented aspect data to obtain aspect evaluation metrics. The model may be an artificial intelligence (AI) model that may be trained using the task data. The evaluation may enable to assess performance of the trained model by computing a performance score based on the aspect evaluation metrics. The performance score may help evaluate the reliability of the model in a pre-defined domain.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide centralized and coordinate learning techniques for identifying malicious e-mails while maintaining privacy of the analyzed e-mails of different organizations. One or more models may be generated and configured to construct feature sets that may be used to characterize e-mails as malicious or safe. Feedback associated with one or more models trained by a first organization (and other organizations) may be shared with a modelling device to modify parameters of the one or more models, where the modified parameters are configured to improve identification of malicious e-mail threats. The feedback provided by the first organization may not include e-mails received by the first organization, thereby enabling the privacy of the e-mails received by the first organization to be maintained in an confidential manner even though the updated parameters may be shared with a second organization.
