Abstract: A machine learning based procurement system comprises a machine learning classifier to classify bids. The procurement system determines a price risk score and a supplier risk score for each of the bids based on the classifications, and determines if any of the bids are associated with a high-risk procurement based on comparing the price risk score and the supplier risk score to the respective threshold. The procurement system includes a graphical user interface that can display bid evaluation links, which are accessible to provide information explaining high-risk procurements.

Abstract: A system includes circuitry for rewriting blockchains in a non-tamper-evident or tamper-evident operation using a key secret held in portions by multiple individually untrusted parties. The blockchains may include a series of blocks secured by integrity codes that may prevent non-tamper-evident rewrites by non-trusted parties that are not in possession of the key secret or individually-untrusted parties in possession of only a portion of the key secret. In some cases, multiple individually-untrusted parties may combine their portions into the key secret. As a group, the multiple individually-untrusted parties may perform non-tamper-evident operation with respect to at least one integrity code within the blockchain.

The projection is compared with historical data associated with an actual resource demand for the first scenario to determine a variance between the projection and the historical data. Based on the variance, a second factor that does not directly correspond to the task and/or the resource is generated. The second factor is configured to increase an accuracy of the model. Aspects of the disclosure enable the model to be generated, maintained, and/or updated in a calculated and systematic manner for increased performance.

Abstract: According to examples, multiplatform based experience generation may include determining a set of connected devices that provide services related to virtual reality, and determining a platform type of each of the connected devices. Multiplatform based experience generation may further include receiving an indication of a modification to an intrinsic property of a virtual object on one of the set of connected devices, and generating, based on the received indication of the modification to the intrinsic property of the virtual object, a modification to a master version of the virtual object. Based on the platform type of another one of the set of connected devices and based on the modification to the master version of the virtual object, an indication of a modification to an intrinsic property of a virtual object on the another one of the set of connected devices may be generated.

Abstract: A clustering system selects a parameter set from a plurality of parameter sets associated with a dataset to generate a hyper-optimized cluster of the dataset. Different parameter sets are generated by varying the parameter values based on the Genetic Algorithm or a particle swarming algorithm. A parameter set having a high Fitness score is selected from the different parameter sets and a clustered solution produced using the selected parameter set having a maximum total score is used to produce actionable items.

Abstract: An interaction tracking system tracks user interactions with an application. The tracked interactions may be stored in a data structure along with information describing an application state of the tracked application resulting from the tracked interactions. The interaction tracking system stores the data structure in a database for subsequent search and retrieval, which allows different users to activate the stored data structure and initiate the application in application state described in the data structure. The interaction tracking system also transmits the data structure to other communication devices, where the data structure is activated on the receiving communication device.
