    Abstract: A motorcycle saddlebag mounting device having a restricting means for staggering timings of yawing occurring in a motorcycle body and resonance caused by lateral swing of a saddlebag is provided. The restricting means is provided between a support bracket mounted to a seat rail and a saddlebag mounting frame rotatably mounted to the support bracket. Rotation of the frame with respect to the support bracket is restricted, so that resonance caused by yawing of the motorcycle body and lateral swing of the saddlebag is cancelled out.

    Abstract: The TV program table data in the area where a viewer resides are received through the Internet or a broadcasting medium by using the TV set with an internet connection function at the viewer. While the viewer is watching a TV program, the audience data including viewed channel information and viewed time information are automatically obtained. The obtained audience data are compared with the TV program table data to identify the watched program. The program ID of the identified program and the viewed time information are transferred to a data collecting center through the Internet together with the viewer ID data. By utilizing the Internet for the distribution of the TV program table data to the viewers and for the collection of the audience data, the nationwide TV audience data can be easily collected and used to make statistics. Since viewed channel and viewed time information are correlated with programs on the viewer's side, the load of processing the data on the center side can be relieved.

A personal information list written in HTML is present on the display. Anchor points are set to person names, phone numbers, FAX numbers and e-mail addresses in the list. The person names and their phone numbers of the list appear within a display window of the device with its cover closed. With respect to the anchor points other than those to the phone numbers, a special character string “KEYSKIP” is set in each start tag of the anchor points. A browser sequentially moves a focus among the anchor points in response to the rotating operation of a rotary push switch. In this processing, the browser will skip the focusing of the anchor points that has the “KEYSKIP” attribute added.
