Abstract: In one embodiment, a method provides for receiving, in association with a user identifier uniquely identifying a user, an indication of at least one printing device and storing the indication of the at least one printing device in association with the user identifier. The method further provides for receiving from a mobile device a request to print a document, the request including the user identifier, a selection of a printing device to be used to print the document, and data comprising the document. The method still further provides for placing the document in a print queue for the selected printing device and transmitting the document to the selected printing device for printing (e.g., in response to a query from the printing device as to the status of a print queue associated with the printing device).
