Abstract: A multi-function clip structure is disclosed and is suitable for use in connecting with a wireless adapter. The multi-function clip structure comprises a main body and a clipping member. After the multi-function clip structure is connected to the wireless adapter, the multi-function clip structure has the multiple functions for placing the wireless adapter steadily on a surface (desktop-type); securing the wireless adapter to a wall by clipping, attaching and hanging (wall-mount type) portable type: being securing the wireless adaptor to a user's belt (portable type); and securing the wireless adaptor to PC peripheral equipments (such as a LCD monitor of a notebook computer).
Abstract: A neural fuzzy connection admission controller and method is provided for controlling admission of a new connecting call in a node of a communication network. The neural fuzzy connection admission controller is an inference engine based on a multi-layered neural fuzzy network. The neural fuzzy connection admission controller provides a decision signal Z in response to an available bandwidth capacity C.sub.a, a congestion control action y and a cell loss ratio P.sub.l. Since the decision signal Z is obtained via a learning process, so the decision is closer to a desired result.
