Patent number: 12429301Abstract: An innovative augmented reality/virtual reality (AR/VR) crossbow system that includes a bow frame assembly, a stock, a sight assembly, a cocking assembly, a resistance assembly and an electronic device assembly with a mobile device. These components are configured to structurally interact to provide the user with an experience of loading, aiming and firing a virtual crossbow arrow that closely simulates real-life archery and crossbow scenarios without firing an actual crossbow arrow. Due to its unique components and their layout, the AR/VR crossbow system is not configured to fire real arrows. An interactive crossbow application is loaded on the mobile device and simulate real life archery scenarios such as hunting scenarios or target competition scenarios. The mobile device also includes a gyroscope to analyze the orientation of the crossbow frame assembly and a microphone to determine when a simulated arrow is fired within the crossbow application.Type: GrantFiled: October 25, 2024Date of Patent: September 30, 2025Assignee: AccuBow LLCInventor: Matthew Allen-Tesch Pell

Patent number: 11073356Abstract: An adjustable archery training bow assembly includes a single resistance element and an adjustment mechanism that can be actuated by a user to vary the tension level in the resistance element for training purposes. The training bow also includes a mount for receiving a mobile device, which allows the user to practice various augmented reality-archery training scenarios. The adjustable archery training bow is used to enhance the user's skills, such as his/her strength, stability, and accuracy to help deliver on-target an arrow fired from a real, non-training bow.Type: GrantFiled: May 6, 2019Date of Patent: July 27, 2021Assignee: AccuBow LLCInventor: Matthew Allen-Tesch Pell

Publication number: 20190061984Abstract: A drink container has multiple integrated storage compartments removably secured below an openable chamber configured to receive contents for consumption by a user of the drink container. A top assembly covers the chamber and includes a removable top member, an openable cap and a clip. The drink container also includes a first retaining member and a displaceable base with a second retaining member and an internal storage compartment. In an assembled state, the first and second retaining members secure the storage compartment in an intermediate cavity below the chamber. The storage compartment is separated from the cavity by applying a radially outward disconnection force on the compartment. Once disconnected, the integrated storage compartments can be filled within contents, or the contents of the integrated storage compartments can be added to the chamber for consumption by the user or directly consumed by the user.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 29, 2018Publication date: February 28, 2019Applicant: AccuBow LLCInventors: Matthew Allen-Tesch Pell, Cody Duane Grandadam
