Patents Assigned to Accurate Metering Systems, Inc.
  • Patent number: 5484614
Abstract: A multiplicity of variable density fluid streams, each having been processed to yield individual fluid streams of desired densities, are combined in a manner to achieve controlled ratios of each stream as determined by a recipe structure to produce a final mixture of a desired density. This system further allows injection of solids or other pumpable fluids utilizing the same overall control equipment, compensating for displacement to again yield a final mixture to meet a desired weight per unit volume. This system may be utilized to manufacture a variety of products, especially edible foods such as frozen toppings, marshmallows, ice creams and other comestibles. The overall control system hardware may be extended to further control related aspects of process equipment such as heat exchange functions, flowrate, level, pressure, and the like, as may be required to achieve economical utilization of the microprocessor capabilities.

  • Patent number: 4949577
Abstract: The metering assembly for a tank truck/trailer comprises a number of elements including an air eliminator vessel, legs and brackets for mounting the air eliminator vessel in a compartment of the tank truck/trailer, a pump mounted in the compartment and a fluid connection between the pump and the air eliminator vessel. A hose is also provided connected to the pump and is adapted to be inserted into an outside receptacle containing liquid for supplying or withdrawing liquid to or from the receptacle. A flow meter is fluidly coupled to the air eliminator vessel and a mounting bracket is provided for mechanically mounting the flow meter to the eliminator vessel. The flow meter has an outlet coupled to the tank of the tank truck. A strainer is provided for straining liquid pumped to or from the receptacle prior to the delivery of the liquid to or from the tank of the tank truck/trailer.

  • Patent number: 4928205
Abstract: The panel assembly comprises an inner panel hignedly mounted at one side edge to a control unit. The inner panel has a plurality of openings formed therethrough and light emitting elements mounted in the openings for projecting light from the outer face of the inner panel toward an outer panel. Wire conductor elements are connected on the back side of the inner panel to the light emitting elements and are adapted to be connected to a source of electric power. The outer panel is hingedly connected along one side thereof to the control unit. The outer panel has openings therethrough arranged to be aligned with the light emitting elements mounted in the openings of the inner panel. A layout of a system is mounted on the outer face of the outer panel and has circle areas identifying elements of the system which are to be illuminated to indicate a particular status of those elements of the system shown on the outer face of the outer panel.
