    Abstract: Tap attachment means are secured to an elongate web of heat sealable plastics material. The web is formed into a plurality of sealed liquid filled bags, each bag being formed from a length of the web to which is secured a tap attachment means. Each tap attachment means facilitates the draining of the liquid from the bag.
