Abstract: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with anomaly detection are described. In one embodiment, a method monitoring an on-going project that comprises a plurality of processes and process activities that occur during the process. A machine learning model is applied that identifies a group of projects that are a similar type as the on-going and generates an expected level of process activities that are expected to occur. Based on a snap shot of the on-going project at a first time period, observed levels of process activities are determined that occurred in each process. The machine learning model compares for each of the processes, the observed levels of process activities to the expected levels of process activities in a corresponding time period. If the observed levels of process activities fail to fall within a range of the expected levels of process activities, an anomaly alert is generated and displayed.

Abstract: A system and method for providing an enhanced facility plan includes receiving an asset list, electronic documents relating to one or more assets and an input image file for providing a visual representation of a facility plan including assets in the facility. The image file is scanned to automatically identify one or more asset tags having a corresponding asset tag entry in the asset list and for each identified asset tag, a position on the facility plan associated with the asset tag. A modified visual representation of the facility plan is provided as the enhanced facility plan, the modified visual representation including one or more added objects, each object having a relationship with an identified asset tag and having a location determined by the position associated with the related asset tag, wherein each object is selectable by a user to enable access to one or more of the electronic documents. The method may provide a convenient way of handing over information after construction of a facility.

Abstract: An information management system comprising a data comparison module, a local data storage, a remote data storage, a user interface for requesting information, optionally a communications module and optionally a criterion analyser to analyse one or more criteria and thereby enable creation of one or more suitable templates wherein: the data comparison module enables re-finement of information queries without the need to undertake one or more of rebuilding, re-categorizing or re-indexing the information; the communications module facilitates communication between participants in the system; one or more methodologies may be used to access the information depending on the context; and transfer of information between the remote data storage and local data storage is proactively managed according to one or more criteria.
