Abstract: Methods and systems for acquiring a freehand or cursive signature on a secondary device with a touch receiving surface for use on a primary device without a touch receiving surface are provided. The primary device sends a message to the secondary device requesting a signature. The user responds by signing her name, using a finger or stylus, on a touch receiving surface. As the user signs her name, the signature is displayed on the secondary device and transmitted to the primary device. The signature may then be stored, displayed, analyzed, or validated by the primary device.
Abstract: This invention relates generally to the field of creating and distributing investment funds, and more particularly to systems and methods for creating excess funds from consumer transactions and distributing those funds into one or more investment accounts. Preferred embodiments of the present invention provide systems and methods for selecting transactions in a user's spending account to be rounded-up to the nearest dollar, creating a supplemental charge once the aggregation of those round-ups reach a specified minimum, and providing a closed system where the aggregated micro-charges may be converted into investments for long-term savings and growth.

Abstract: The field of the invention relates to systems and methods for controlling investment funds, and more particularly to systems and methods for real-time projections based on consumer transactions. In one embodiment, an investment fund management system may include a consumer communication device configured to create a payment gateway with a Point of Sales (POS) terminal. The system further includes a portfolio server accessible over a data network. The consumer communication device is configured to execute a process including the steps of intercepting a transaction through the payment gateway; computing an expected return based on the investment of a transaction amount from said transaction; and providing the expected return to the consumer communication device.

Abstract: The field of the invention relates to systems and methods for facilitating investments through interactive online gaming. In one embodiment, an interactive electronic gaming system includes a game server for hosting a Web application game, accessible over a data network. One or more client communication devices are configured to access the game server. An index fund server is accessible over said data network for maintaining electronic investment portfolios. The game server is configured to intercept any electronic payment transactions over a payment gateway server through the Web application game from one or more client devices and redirect the intercepted transaction to the index fund server.
