Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for stabilizing retinol (Vitamin A), an unstable fat-soluble material, to use the same in cosmetics. The present invention provides an anti-inflammatory and skin wrinkle reducing cosmetic composition containing retinol stabilized by nano-emulsification, wherein a retinol polymer nanocapsule formed by capturing retinol with porous polymer particles is nano-emulsified by a mung bean MCT (medium chain triglyceride) extract and lecithin for stabilizing retinol.
Abstract: Provided are a method of preparing a silica powder coated with an antibacterial agent and a topical dermatological composition including the silica powder, and more particularly, a method of preparing a silica powder coated with an antibacterial agent by forming a silica particle by inducing a reaction between silicon alkoxide and alcohol solvent in the presence of a catalyst and then forming an silver and metallic coating layer on the silica particle, and a method of preparing a topical dermatological composition including the silica powder. The silica powder coated with the antibacterial agent may have high antibacterial capability, and thus, topical dermatological products including the silica powder may be maintained for a long time without using a chemical antiseptic agent that may irritate the skin and cause an allergy in the human body. Even if a small amount of expensive silver (Ag) ion material is used, the silica powder has excellent antibacterial capability and stability.
Abstract: There is provided a touch screen system including: a sensor module including a light emitting unit configured to generate a light signal and a photo detection sensor configured to receive the light signal; a display panel including the sensor module; a front case including a reflection area configured to reflect the light signal generated from the light emitting unit to the photo detection sensor; and a back case connected to the front case with the display panel positioned therebetween. The front case is fixed and connected to the back case and the reflection area is placed at a predetermined position on the display panel.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method of bonding steel members by bonding a plurality of steel members made of a Cr-containing steel material to each other. The method includes a united body forming step S10 in which a united body is formed by making the plurality of steel members butted to each other and by heating the plurality of steel members to a first temperature while pressing the plurality of steel members under a predetermined pressure condition; and a bonding strength enhancing step S30 in which the united body is heated to a second temperature equal to or above an A1 transformation point of the steel material and, subsequently, is gradually cooled to a third temperature equal to or below 600° C. under a condition that lowering of temperature to 600° C. from A1 transformation point takes 10 hours or more in this order.
Abstract: An apparatus for the removal of flooring is described. The apparatus is powered by an internal combustion engine which moves a series of crawlers. A blade is attached to a blade-holder which is situated on the front of the flooring remover. The blade is moved up and down by oil cylinders powered by an oil pump, thereby changing the angle of the blade to the floor. In addition, the blade is moved forward and backward rapidly by means of a driving shaft. The operator controls the apparatus from a seat mounted on the main body of the apparatus.
