Patents Assigned to Actment Co., Ltd.
  • Patent number: 9737432
Abstract: A nail correcting device made of an elastic material includes: a pair of holding pieces arranged side by side in a predetermined direction; and a connecting piece connecting the holding pieces to each other, the pair of holding pieces each including: a body at least partly in an arc within a plane intersecting with the predetermined direction; and a pair of first and second distal edges connected to both ends of the body to hold a nail. The pair of first and second distal edges are spaced from each other along the predetermined direction at an inner side and an outer side.

  • Patent number: 8882691
Abstract: A device includes: a cylindrical body formed of an elastic material; and a slit formed along a longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body from one end to an opposite end of the cylindrical body, a distal end of a nail being inserted to be held in the slit. The cylindrical body includes: plural pairs of holding teeth plurally divided in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body by dividing grooves formed from the slit along a circumferential direction of the cylindrical body such that the holding teeth of each pair are opposed to each other across the slit to hold the distal end of the nail; and coupling pieces configured to couple adjacent ones of the holding teeth on an opposite side of the slit.

  • Patent number: 6416544
Abstract: A stent is reversibly deformable between a lower-temperature shape and a higher-temperature shape in accordance with temperature changes in a patient's body. The stent has a hollow cylindrical body formed by a plurality of braided filament bodies made of a Ti—Ni alloy of excessive Ni. A lower-temperature shape memorizing process and a higher-temperature shape memorizing process are conducted to the hollow cylindrical body to memorize the lower-temperature and higher-temperature shapes, respectively. The crossing filament bodies are fixed only at the ends of the stent.
