    Abstract: A structure for supporting articles, such as skis in vertical orientation off of a vehicle includes an elongated, adjustable support bar having engagement clips disposed on opposite ends of the support bar. The engagement clips are interconnected by a resilient member extending through the support bar to apply an inwardly directed retention force to the clips. One or more article support members extend transversely from the support bar.
