Abstract: An electric heater includes an electric heating coil that extends above the sidewalls of an air flow channel. The coil is formed in sections that extend transversely to the channel and are spaced by the width of a coil section to allow two heaters to be arranged face to face for shipping. This arrangement is very efficient because one of the heaters provides protection to the coil of the other of the heaters to reduce packaging costs.

Abstract: A hand tool for holding a terminal in an insulating terminal block includes first and second jaws pivotally connected to each other, a channel or receiving the end portion of the terminal in a nose portion of the first jaw and a member attached to the second jaw for deflecting a tabbed portion extending outwardly from the end portion of the terminal so that the terminal is held in the insulator. The end of the terminal is entered in the receiving channel in the first jaw and the jaws are pivoted to a closed position. The tabbed portion of the terminal is deflected to prevent withdrawal of the terminal from the terminal block.
Abstract: A steam and hot liquid dispensing device has a pressure sealable container in which liquid under pressure is heated to produce steam and/or super-heated liquid. A dispensing mechanism includes a valve device which selectively delivers steam or super-heated liquid through separate outlets from the heated container.
Abstract: A container or reservoir for liquid to be heated, has a pump well and heater assembly secured to and depending from the bottom wall of the container, and a pump and pump tube assembly can be positively locked on the well for pumping function but is easily and quickly removable for cleaning or replacement. The assembly is locked on the well by a retainer plate fixed to an outer pump tube and having locking portions coactive with locking portions on the side wall of the well, with said outer tube being telescopically slidable and rotatable on an inner pump tube which carries a pump plate to seat in the well and a valve disk co-operative with said valve plate. A compression spring is disposed between the retainer plate and the pump plate locking portions to hold the retainer plate interlocked with the well locking portions and to hold the pump plate seated in the well.
