Abstract: An artificial intelligence system for improving user adaptability using textual communication includes a communication device, the communication device configured to initiate a textual communication session with a user input, and using the textual communication session, at least a first textual datum from the user, identify, using a language processing model, at least an adaption problem category using the at least a first textual datum, determine an adaptability profile of the at least a user, generate at least an adaption solution as a function of the at least a first textual datum, the at least an adaption problem category, and the adaptability profile, and output at least a second textual datum to the user as a function of the adaption solution.
