Abstract: A tool and method for preparing flexible armored cable and conduit that includes elements for power-assisted armor cutting, wire cutting, wire insulation stripping and conductor end loop forming. Comprised in part of a body and handle through which a drivable shaft carrying a circular armor cutting blade is rotatably mounted for power assisted armor cutting. Pivotally attached to the body is a lever, nest jaw and clamp plates to position, securely clamp and feed the cable or conduit into the blade to cut the armor. Cutting blades linked between the lever and body provide compounded leverage to readily cut large or multiple conductors. A stripper aperture removes insulation from the ends of conductors. Looping apertures are provided to produce uniform semi-circular loop forms on stripped conductor ends for secure termination on common electrical wiring devices. Drive bit storage, spare blade storage and utility hook provisions provide user convenience.
