Abstract: The invention relates to a cell tissue culture and transport canister comprising: a canister body having an accessible interior and an upper opening; a filter arranged inside the canister body or outside the canister and placing the interior of the canister body in communication with an exterior of the canister body, the filter being configured to allow a gas exchange between the interior and the exterior of the canister body, while preventing contamination of the cell tissue culture; a closure means closing the upper opening of the canister body, the closure means being sealed or slightly permeable with respect to fluids and gases; and at least one aseptic fluid connection through the canister body, the at least one aseptic fluid connection including two fluid inlet connections and one fluid outlet connection.
