Abstract: Disclosed is a food preparation device including: a container suitable for receiving food for preparation, the container presenting a bottom and a side wall that rises from the bottom generally along a vertical axis; and at least two blades arranged in the container, each blade being driven in rotation about an axis of rotation, the axis of rotation of at least one of the blades extending in the direction of the vertical axis. The axis of rotation of at least one of the other blades is inclined at a non-zero angle of inclination relative to the vertical axis.
