Abstract: The present invention relates to a free transfer machine equipped with independent motorized carriages. Each carriage comprises a variable speed motor, a rechargeable battery connected to contact blocks, and an individual travelling control system comprising a motor supply and control circuit which is controlled by a switch actuated by a front bumper and by a contactor mounted in series with the switch and carried by the lower face of the carriage in such a way as to be actuated by the retractable stop members. The circuit is also under the control of environment sensors. The trackway comprises, in relation to each work station, reed-contacts connected to an electric charge device and designed to cooperate with the contact blocks. The invention finds an application in transfer machines for production and assembly lines.

Abstract: This invention relates to an apparatus for compressing and monitoring the force of compression detected by a sensor and/or the height of doses of pulverulent materials which are compacted in a container by a punch, wherein it comprises:a spindle for monitoring the force of compaction comprising:a screw-nut system driven in rotation by a driving member,a housing provided with at least one force sensor, interposed between the screw-nut system and the punch and adapted to be displaced in slide by the screw-nut system,and a circuit for servo-control of the driving member in relation with the successive measured values of the force of compaction and with a reference value of force. The invention also relates to a process for controlling the apparatus and to a press for applying same.

Abstract: This invention relates to transfer machines, wherein the circulation trackway has at least two segments defining a given angle and a module for orientation of motorized carriages. Each carriage has at least one lateral group of rollers located on a median trasnverse axis of the carriage which are adapted to cooperate with the lateral guide slideway. The invention is applicable to transfer machines with motorized, free carriages.
