Abstract: A policy creation unit creates a plurality of policies each including a predetermined number of rules in which a condition for determining a state of an object is combined with an action in the state. An action determination unit determines, for each of the plurality of created policies, an action to be performed while a state of the object is changed from a first state to a second state in accordance with the policy. A policy evaluation unit determines, in accordance with a difference between a state between the first state and the second state and a desired state, the quality of the determined action and determines, for each of the plurality of policies, the quality of the policy based on the determined quality of the action. A policy selection unit selects the policy that is determined to have a high quality.

Abstract: Provided is a crystalline form of chlorogenic acid. The crystalline form is an orthorhombic crystal system, the space group is P212121, the cell parameters are a=7.7291 (2) ?, b=10.9808 (2) ?, and c=3.5334 (7) ?, ?=?=?=90.00°, Z=8, and the cell volume is 3100.65 (11) ?3. Also provided is a preparation method for the crystalline form. The present crystalline form has good stability and does not significantly change during storage for 48 months in a cool, dark place, and the various indices all meet the relevant requirements for active pharmaceutical ingredients. The crystallisation process provided by the present invention can not only use raw materials having different purities to prepare the same crystalline form of chlorogenic acid, but can also significantly reduce solvent residue in the raw materials, thereby improving product safety.

Abstract: A device for processing accounts data comprises i) a supervision module (9) provided with a memory (10) storing identification data for local terminals, each terminal being provided with local accounting software delivering detailed accounts data in a local format and accompanied by identification data and which can receive detailed local accounts data and identification data transmitted by the local terminals over a telecommunications network, and which can communicate the detailed local accounts data when accompanied by identification data stored in the memory (10); and ii) an interface module (11) that can convert detailed local accounts data communicated by the supervision module (9) into detailed local accounts data in the format of a database (4) with a view to memorising them in a selected first local zone (12) of the database.
