Abstract: In embodiments of the present invention improved capabilities are described for a human resource management platform that includes applications targeted to solve a variety of human resource, compensation, and performance management problems. Applications of the human resource management platform include business applications such as performance driven compensation that may provide a single solution for driving employee performance and organizational success by automation of goal setting, performance measurement, and employee rewards by directly linking performance results to rewards.

A template selection screen is presented on the display of the user device. The template selection screen has at least two view modes. One view mode is a grid view, in which icon representations of various clinic note templates are displayed, each icon representation having a number of secondary icons providing additional functionality and information to the user. Also available is a list view, which also contains a vertical listing of available clinic note templates, each list element also having secondary icons. Upon selection of a template, the user is presented with a formatted clinic note. Additional functionality is available to the user to aid in the efficient capture of information.

At least one of the participants in the personal interactions completes an electronic evaluation by providing a binary level input in response to a statement or question to indicate whether the interaction with another individual is favorable or not.
