Abstract: Apparatus are provided that may be used, for example, by healthcare providers to educate patients and others on one or more particular pharmaceutical products. A promotional apparatus includes a housing, a support member that is configured to support articles suspended therefrom, and a display panel. The support member extends from the housing and is movable between a first position when not supporting an article and a second position when supporting an article. The display panel is operably coupled with the support member and is movable between a retracted, non-visible position within the housing when the support member is in the first position and an extended, visible position when the support member is in the second position. The display panel includes promotional indicia thereon.
Abstract: A novel promotional apparatus is provided and includes an intravenous fluid bag replica having a clock thereon. The promotional apparatus is configured to be vertically suspended from the arm of a stand. The intravenous fluid bag replica may also be mounted to a wall or may be supported at an angle by a desktop stand.
Abstract: A clamping apparatus having a flexible sheet dispenser attached thereto is provided. The clamping apparatus includes a base member, an upper member pivotally attached to the base member, and a flexible sheet dispenser removably secured to the upper member. The flexible sheet dispenser includes a housing and a flexible sleeve containing one or more stacks of flexible sheets disposed within the housing. The flexible sleeve is configured to individually dispense flexible sheets from one or more stacks disposed within the flexible sleeve. The flexible sleeve comprises opposite edge portions that are engaged by retaining members in the housing such that the flexible sleeve is maintained in arcuate, face-to-face contacting relationship with the arcuate wall surface.
Abstract: Promotional apparatus are provided that are configured to demonstrate to patients and others how one or more pharmaceutical products work within the human body (or within other living beings). The promotional apparatus includes a base and a display panel that is movably secured to the base for rotational movement about an axis between a substantially vertical display position and a substantially vertical non-display position. The display panel includes first and second sealed chambers in adjacent relationship. Each chamber includes a respective transparent front wall and a rear wall spaced apart from the front wall. The first sealed chamber is substantially filled with a first translucent fluid and the second sealed chamber is substantially filled with a second translucent fluid. A first set of objects is disposed within the first sealed chamber and are configured to ascend through the translucent fluid (i.e., each object is buoyant) when the display panel is rotated to a display position.
Abstract: Distinctive, promotional bag dispensing apparatus are provided that include a clamp and a clip configured to retain a plurality of plastic (or other) bags in stacked adjacent relationship. Each clamp includes a base member and a retaining member that is movably secured to the base member via hinges for pivotal movement about an axis thereof. A plurality of spaced-apart posts extend from the front surface adjacent the forward edge portion. Each clip has a U-shaped configuration with adjacent, spaced-apart first and second panels that are configured to receive and retain header portions of a plurality of bags in stacked adjacent relationship positioned therebetween. The first and second panels each comprise a plurality of spaced-apart apertures.

Abstract: Promotional devices configured to removably support articles (e.g., papers, photographs, etc.) for viewing are provided. A device includes a housing and a pair of arms pivotally disposed within the housing in adjacent spaced-apart relationship. The housing includes a base portion that is configured to be supported on a surface and an upper portion that is movably secured to the base portion. The housing upper portion is movable between a distal position and a proximal position relative to the housing base portion. Movement of the housing upper portion from the distal position to the proximal position causes the upper end portions of the arms to separate so that an article can be placed therebetween. The arms are urged together so as to retain the article placed therebetween and the housing upper portion is moved to the distal position.
Abstract: Finger grips having tactile, promotional indicia extending outwardly therefrom that can facilitate the grasping of various handheld devices including, but not limited to, writing instruments, hand tools, and the like, are provided. A finger grip includes an elongated tube of resilient, deformable material that is configured to fit snugly around an elongated portion of a handheld article. Tactile promotional indicia in the form of raised lettering extends outwardly from the finger grip.
