Abstract: A bag rack which is configured to support and dispense bags from bag stacks of varying size, wherein a larger size bag pack is positioned to receive a smaller bag pack overlying fashion, the bags positioned so that the smaller bag pack is situated distal the rack and closer to the user, the larger bag pack situated closer to the bag rack, with the smaller pack situated thereupon relative to the user. The rack of the present system comprises contemplates a generally horizontally situated support bar having provided thereon, in slidingly adjustable fashion, support hooks or prongs formed to engage support apertures in the handles of the bags.

Each bag pack is dispensed from a station which includes an underlying, medially situated, angled bag pack support, configured to provide optimal support for the user in opening and removing the bag to be dispensed from the bag pack. Further contemplated is a unique cover which partially envelopes the bag pack to be dispensed, the cover defining an opening formed therethrough for the dispensing of bags therethrough, the opening configured to define the area for optimal dispensing of the bags while maintaining the remaining bags in a uniform bag pack. The cover not only facilitates uniform dispensing of bags from the pack, but also holds the pack down when the system is used in windy conditions.

The present system is configured for point of use dispensing to a customer, such as in the produce section of a grocery store or market. The preferred, exemplary embodiment of the present system teaches a bag dispensing rack configured to hold a single roll of produce bags, but which is configured to provide an interlocking system for stacking multiple racks of bags one upon the other, each rack holding a single roll of bags, which may be of different configurations or sizes. Each bag pack is dispensed from a roll which includes first and second retaining side walls, a base, and a front opening terminating in a dispensing tongue, which is configured to engage an open slit situated medially relative to a perforated dispenser line juxtaposed each bag forming the bag roll.

Abstract: A disposable backpack which is formed of thin film plastic material or the like, so as to provide a bag-like container for carrying goods or the like in the form of a backpack. The present invention provides a relatively cheap, disposable, and strong temporary backpack which is comfortable to use and easily stored in quantity, so as to be dispensed as a bag. Further, the present invention is configured to be carried as a traditional t-shirt sack, or worn as a backpack, depending upon the distance traveled and wishes of the user. The present invention may be sold individually, or may be provided for no charge by a vendor as a type of bag for carrying purchased contents. The preferred embodiment of the present invention contemplates a disposable backpack formed of HDPE or co-extruded HDPE/LLDPE having front and back, gusseted or non-gusseted walls, a bottom, and an open bag mouth portion which may be closed via flap or other configuration.

Abstract: An apparatus for dispensing large thermoplastic bags utilizing a relatively compact dispensing container. The preferred embodiment of the present invention as implemented teaches a system for dispensing bags, wherein the container is configured to dispense a laterally folded bag stack, reducing the length of the container. The present invention provides a compact, manageable, and more convenient system for dispensing compact bags and the like, resulting in overall cost and time savings. The container of the present invention has formed therein a removable dispenser door, configured for providing convenient access to the bags, while encouraging communication of the bag being dispensed with the container in such a matter as to open the bag during the dispensing operation.
