    Abstract: A pruning apparatus includes a vehicle or other mobile platform, a stabilizing member pivotally supported by the mobile platform, at least one cutting blade supported by the stabilizing member, and a leveling mechanism connected to the stabilizing member for maintaining a substantially level operating position of the stabilizing member. An automatic radiator cleaning device avoids accumulation of debris on the vehicle engine radiator or its protective screen or filter during pruning operations.
