Abstract: A bracket clip assembly includes a bracket base and a bracket cap. The bracket base has a first base end, a second base end opposite the first base end, and a base slot extending into the second base end toward the first base end that is configured to slidably receive a first structural member. The bracket cap has a first cap end and a second cap end opposite the first cap end. The second cap end of the bracket cap is configured to be removably secured to the first base end of the bracket base to secure a second structural member between the bracket base and the bracket cap.

Abstract: A bracket assembly includes a cylindrical member configured to hold a supporting bar at a first opening of the cylindrical member, a cylindrical core housed in the cylindrical member from the second opening of the cylindrical member, an annular cap coupled with the cylindrical core at the second opening of the cylindrical member, and a torque cartridge housed within a torque cartridge housing and transversely press fitted into the cylindrical member and the cylindrical core. The torque cartridge has a first portion with a first end that is coupled to the cylindrical core and a second portion with a first end that is rotatably coupled at a second end of the first portion to provide an infinite smooth pivoting movement between the first and second portions of the torque cartridge.

Abstract: A mounting device for a mounting member is disclosed. The mounting device comprises a first flange configured to be fitted under a mounting surface and a second flange configured to be inserted in the first flange. The second flange has a first section that is configured to provide a second flange orifice for inserting the mounting member, a second section having a plurality of threads for receiving the first flange, a third section having a plurality of threads, and a fourth section having a plurality of threads. A compression nut having an inner surface is configured to pass over the mounting member and tightened on the fourth section of the second flange over the plurality of threads. A ring is configured to be fitted over the mounting member and between the fourth section of the second flange and the compression nut.

Abstract: A pivot for a mounting device is disclosed. The pivot includes a first bracket having a base member configured to mount a structural member and a plurality of elongated members. Further, the pivot includes one or more second brackets. The one or more second brackets having a first member and a second member. The first member having an orifice and is configured to be fitted around the plurality of elongated members of the first bracket. The second member is coupled to the first member and has a second bracket through-hole. The pivot further includes a covering member configured to be fitted on the plurality of elongated members. The covering member includes a first part having a groove and a second part that is configured to be fitted inside the plurality of elongated members. The second part is fastened along the plurality of elongated members.
