Abstract: A semiconductor package for skew matching in a die-to-die interface, including: a first die; a second die aligned with the first die such that each connection point of a first plurality of connection points of the first die is substantially equidistant to a corresponding connection point of a second plurality of connection points of the second die; and a plurality of connection paths of a substantially same length, wherein each connection path of the plurality of connection paths couples a respective connection point of the first plurality of connection points to the corresponding connection point of the second plurality of connection points.

Abstract: A steering mechanism for a rail vehicle includes two steering arms, each including a pair of support arms that have a joining component with a recess. The two steering arms are articulated in a manner that maintains a minimum separation between the steering arms so that the arms can rotate relative to one another. The minimum separation is maintained by an insert that installs into the joining component recesses components of each of the steering arms. The insert has two sides, each side having a flexible material and forming a shape that mates with the recess. The insert provides resistance to the rotation between the first and second steering arms, and the resistance depends on the stiffness of the flexible material of the insert.

Abstract: A particle structure of cathode material and a preparation method thereof is provided. Firstly, a precursor for forming a core is provided. The precursor includes at least nickel, cobalt and manganese. Secondly, a metal salt and a lithium ion compound are provided. The metal salt includes at least potassium, aluminum and sulfur. After that, the metal salt, the lithium ion compound and the precursor are mixed, and a mixture is formed. Finally, the mixture is subjected to a heat treatment step, and a cathode material particle structure is formed to include the core, a first coating layer coated on the core and a second coating layer coated on the first coating layer. The core includes potassium, aluminum and a Li-M-O based material. The first coating layer includes potassium and aluminum, and a potassium content of the first coating layer is higher than a potassium content of the core. The second coating layer includes sulfur.
