    Abstract: A task dispatching method for EPD tag devices includes receiving a task command; the server system forwarding the task command to a target router to which the target EPD tag device is connected; the target router checking whether the target EPD tag device is currently connected thereto; when it is determined that the target EPD tag device is not currently connected to the target router, the target router notifying the server system that the target EPD tag device is offline; in response to receiving an online notification indicating that the target EPD tag device is connected to another router, the server system updating a connection list accordingly, and forwarding the task command to an updated target router; and when it is determined that the target EPD tag device is currently connected to the target router, the target router delivering the task command to the target EPD tag device.

    Abstract: An abundance of specific species of phytoplankton in a phytoplankton group in which a plurality of kinds coexists is calculated in a simple manner. Based on a reference sample intensity ratio r0, a reference sample total fluorescence intensity I0, and an existing quantity K0 of specific species of phytoplankton, an intensity ratio rd of other species of plankton is calculated. An analysis sample that is expected to have similarity with the reference sample is irradiated with the excitation light, an intensity of fluorescence emitted from the analysis sample is measured in each of wavelength bands A and B, and an intensity ratio r is calculated. A total fluorescence intensity I is measured, and an existing quantity K of the specific species of the phytoplankton is calculated based on the intensity ratio rd of other species of plankton, the intensity ratio r, and the total fluorescence intensity I.

    Abstract: An improved structure of a interface card panel of a compact PCI system is disclosed. Wherein the panel of an interface card is assembled by welding an inner layered plate and an outer layered plate. The thickness of each layered plate is only half of the standard plate. The through holes of the inner layered plate have a radius only sufficient for receiving the screw rods of the fixing studs on the two ends of a D type connector, while the through holes for the outer layered plate have a radius sufficient for receiving the whole fixing studs, so that the fixing studs will completely pass through the outer layered plate, while the bodies thereof press the rim of the holes of the inner layered plate. Thus, other than the fixing points on the buckling bodies on the two ends thereof. By the fixing studs of the D type connector, a large fixing force is formed on the middle of the panel, and meanwhile, the strength of the panel is improved.
