Abstract: A gaming methodology with improved player and team interface may feature a cloud-based gaming architecture (410) with either cloud or locally based interactive game files. At least one processor (420) then controls at least one display (430) to provide direction, interaction, and otherwise advance gameplay. Players and teams interact with the game from personal devices (440a-440d), such as smartphones or tablets, to further advance gameplay. The methodology may incorporate actors (450), specialized tokens, or geographically significant tokens (460) to advance the game. The game methodology may also be implemented across a plurality of locations with multiple displays (430) and more particularly allow teams of players to cooperate.

Abstract: A fishing line spooler configured to engage a shaft of a fishing rod. The fishing line spooler includes a clamp selectively securable to the shaft of the fishing rod and a mounting shaft. The mounting shaft receives a fishing line supply spool along its length. The supply spool is configured to rotate around the mounting shaft. The mounting shaft is selectively mountable to the clamp in a first orientation or a second orientation. In the first orientation, the mounting shaft is secured to the clamp parallel to the longitudinal axis of the fishing rod and feeds a spinning reel. In the second orientation, the mounting shaft is secured to the clamp perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the fishing rod and feeds a casting reel.

Abstract: The quick release interconnect includes a mount member that includes a cleat and a top hanger seat. An attachment member includes a lower jaw that is spring-biased into an open condition that can be secured closed by a cam-lock lever. An upper jaw hanger is also provided to permit the attachment member to be hung on the top hanger seat while the attachment member and object are oriented in place. The upper jaw hanger member is located over the top hanger seat and then the attachment member is rotated in place so the lower jaw is aligned with the cleat. The cam lock lever is rotated to clamp the lower jaw into communication with the cleat portion of the mount member to secure the attachment member securely to the mount member. To release the attachment member, the process is reversed.

Abstract: According to some illustrative embodiments, a novel vehicle bed support or stiffener is provided. In the preferred embodiments, the vehicle bed support or stiffener is uniquely configured such that the structure does not obstruct or encroach the vehicle bed region of a vehicle. In some preferred embodiments, the vehicle bed support or stiffener is fixed to a vehicle bed with an upwardly extending front support and stiffening wall extending laterally along an end of said floor and downwardly below a plane of the floor and extending laterally along an end of at least one of said left and right side walls and outwardly away from the vehicle bed.

Abstract: According to some illustrative embodiments, a modular mounting system for mounting accessories on vehicles includes: a) a plurality of support members, each of said plurality of support members having i) a lower upright planar member configured to extend downward along a peripheral wall around a vehicle bed, ii) a cross planar member extending laterally from the lower upright planar member and configured to extend across the peripheral wall around the vehicle bed, and iii) an upper upright planar member extending upwardly from the cross planar member and configured to extend upwardly above a height of the peripheral wall around the vehicle bed; and b) at least one of: i) a removable cross-bar removably supported by a plurality of said upper upright planar members; and ii) a removable side panel removably supported by a plurality of said upright planar members.

Abstract: Disclosed is a bed platform and system for use in an enclosed or partly enclosed space, such as, a cargo space of a vehicle, such as, a van, camper, or truck, among others. By one approach, the bed platform consists of interleaved portions of panel portions that permit relative lateral motion of the panels. In some configurations, the panel portions are adjustable such that the bed platform can be fit into differently sized vehicle cargo spaces. In addition, the systems described herein also may permit the bed platform to be adjusted or moved to different heights even though the wall configurations may be different along the height thereof.

Abstract: Certain embodiments of the present disclosure provide drink holders with stabilizers. The drink holders adhere to a surface when set down yet release from the surface when raised. The drink holders include a base with a base seal. The base is slidably mounted to a beverage container assembly. When the beverage container assembly is in the fully lowered position, an inner seal engages the base forming a vacuum in a sealed air chamber between the base seal and the surface. When a user desires to take a drink, the user lifts the drink holder. As the beverage container assembly is raised the inner seal initially remains in sealed engagement with the base assembly. After a delay the airtight seal releases the vacuum within the air chamber.

Abstract: A lockbox game is presented herein. The game includes a locked container with one or more prizes therein. The locked container, with the cover locked, is provided to a participant along with a series of puzzles. The participant is required to solve the puzzles in order to collectively reveal a lock code that can be used to open the locked container and retrieve the one or more prizes therein. The game can be presented in a number of different versions, including a stationary or tabletop version and a travel version. A mobile application may be used to display puzzles, convert puzzle solutions to portions of the lock code, or reveal locations to which the participant must travel during the game.

Abstract: A height-adjustable canopy assembly that is capable of creating a desired shaded area without restricting a vehicle occupant's ability to enter, exit, control, and enjoy the vehicle. The canopy assembly includes a frame support that is secured to the vehicle via attachment points disposed between a seat and a rear portion of the vehicle. The frame support couples with a canopy support, which is adapted to span along a longitudinal length of the vehicle. A canopy cover attaches to the canopy support, providing a shaded area on the vehicle. The canopy support is adjustable with respect to the vehicle, in particular via a series of cord and cord locks that allow the occupant to quickly raise and lower the canopy support to change the shaded area to a desired set of dimensions.

Abstract: A system for protecting a proprietary medium is provided, the system comprising a processor and a memory having instructions stored thereon that when executed by the processor cause the processor to: identify at least one first feature of interest in an original digital image; generate a watermarked copy of the original image and generate a masked copy of the original image in which the first feature of interest is masked; combine the watermarked copy with the masked copy to provide a modified watermarked copy having a region of lower intensity watermarking corresponding to the location of the first feature of interest in the original digital image; and overlay the modified watermarked copy over the original image to provide a final copy in which the regions of lower intensity watermarking are aligned with the first feature of interest.

Abstract: A watercraft suitable for fishing has a rotomolded deck and hull. The deck includes a cockpit with substantially vertical sidewalls, a rear wall, a pedaling installation, and a flat floor between the sidewalls extending from the rear wall to the pedaling installation in the cockpit. The hull includes a depression between lateral protrusions amidships and a stern with a rounded cross section so that the combination of the lateral protrusions and rounded stern cross section allow the watercraft to track straight on water and for the stern to move laterally when the watercraft is turned on a body of water. The watercraft may also include a seat movably mounted onto spaced apart grooves installed on the flat floor of the cockpit that extend from a rear position near the rear wall to a forward position near the pedaling installation.

Abstract: A power tool accessory for elevating the base of a power tool from off a work surface and a method of use. The accessory or ski comprises a bridge, a first side wall coupled to the bridge, and a second side wall coupled to the bridge opposite the first side wall. The bridge, the first side wall, and the second side wall form an upper surface and an opening through which a power cord may pass. The upper surface is configured to receive a base of a power tool. Because the ski elevated the power tool from off of a work surface, dust, debris, and grit is not brought into the intake of the power tool, the power cord is not kinked, and the base of the power tool is not worn down on the work surface.
