    Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for treating seeds which may be used, in particular, for coating grains. The treatment process of the invention is a process for treating, in particular for coating, seeds, comprising at least: a step of dispersing, in an aqueous medium, a hydratable compound, the hydratable compound being present in the dispersion at a concentration of at least 4.5% by weight relative to the total weight of the dispersion, and a step of bringing the dispersion thus obtained into contact with seeds.
