  • Patent number: 10207472
Abstract: The present invention relates to a thermoformable panel for shelves composed of: at least one core plate having a honeycomb structure composed of a plurality of adjacent cells; a coating layer that includes at least one thermoplastic material coupled to the core plate on at least one face of the core plate. The invention envisions using coating films for the honeycomb core plate that improve adhesion between the material of the honeycomb core plate and the coating films, as well as optional finishing layers overlapped thereon, reducing costs in relation to present honeycomb panels by simplifying manufacturing processes, all while maintaining elevated properties of mechanical strength and low density, and therefore a low weight.

  • Patent number: 9467070
Abstract: The invention relates to a device and to a method for monitoring a decentralized power generation plant for feeding into a three-phase network in order to prevent undesired island network operation, wherein the power generation plant has an inverter, which produces three alternating currents phase-shifted from each other from an input-side direct voltage, in particular of a photovoltaic generator, which alternating currents are fed into the network. The basis of the monitoring method is that the target power value for a designated phase of the network alternating voltage is changed, e.g. reduced, by a predetermined first amount for a predetermined time period while the target power values for the other two phases are changed in the opposite direction, e.g. increased, by a predetermined second and/or third amount. The sum of the second and third amounts equals the first amount.

  • Patent number: 5481779
Abstract: This invention is a portable support apparatus composing a mounting frame or yoke which can be supported about the hips of a worker or be attached to a machine or robot. A pivoting assembly pivots a rod having one end secured to the pivoting assembly to adjust the rod angle relative to the mounting yoke. A head assembly attachment means is secured to the rod at its other end, and is adjustable to a plurality of pitch angles relative to the rod to facilitate contact with the surface to be worked on. A head assembly is attached to the rod which may support a variety of material-removing devices including stabbers, brushes, and scrapers, all of which can rotate circularly or eccentrically or vibrate to facilitate removal of material from surfaces. The head assembly also may include fluid projection nozzles, and vacuum apertures for connection to vacuum systems for removal of materials. The head assembly may also be adapted for use as a tool for the application of various substances or a surface.
