Abstract: A method for conditioning indoor air comprises the steps of obtaining a detecting value of any one of detecting indexes of the indoor air; determining whether the detecting value is within a preset range; if yes, executing a next operation; if no, determining whether the detecting value is greater than an upper limit of the preset range; if yes, executing a first preset operation to, make the detecting value return to the preset range; and if no, executing a second preset operation to make the detecting value return to the preset range. The method for conditioning indoor air provided in the present application is capable of detecting the indoor air automatically and controlling corresponding electric appliances to work according to the detecting value automatically, which makes the air return to a reasonable range and improves the intelligence degree of the electric appliances.
