Abstract: A method for effective and efficient water or wastewater aerosolization and industry specific and regulatory agency approved ADC, soil stabilization or penetrating solution dissemination over identified and specific areas that are to be addressed. The water or wastewater and industry or regulatory body specifically approved ADC, soil stabilization or penetrating reagent solution(s) is directed to an “Integrated Mobile Aerosolization System (IMAS)” or other system having a turbine and being integrated and mobile. The turbine is driven so as to generate a system of air. Integrated pumps are utilized to move the water or wastewater and industry or regulatory body specific and ADC, soil stabilization or penetrating reagent solution(s) to a series of nozzles that aerosolizes the water or wastewater and ADC, soil stabilization or penetrating reagent solution into the path of the system of air.
