  • Hair accessory device made of vinyl plastisol

    Abstract: The hair accessory device comprises a flexible member encased in non-celluler vinyl plastisol which is slightly soft and clingy. The flexible member comprises a wire wherein its relatively sharp ends are buried so as to create a resulting flexible member with blunt ends. In this manner, the flexible member does not poke through its vinyl plastisol casing. A method for making the hair accessory device is also disclosed.
