    Abstract: An assembly system for components of a pressurized fluid supply system for an agricultural vehicle includes a body having at least one fluid duct connectable at one end to a pressurized fluid supply and having a socket at the other end. A detachable component such as an accumulator or oil filter is connectable in releasable mechanical engagement with the body to receive pressurized fluid from the at least one fluid duct. The engagement results from insertion of at least a portion of the component into the socket and rotation of the component to a locked position. The body has at least one discharge duct extending therethrough. In a partially rotated position of the component portion within the socket, the component remains mechanically attached to the body and the fluid duct and discharge duct are in fluidic connection, discharging accumulated pressure in the fluid duct.

A displaceable supply unit is located between the reservoir and the upper driven roller, the supply unit being moveable between a baling position and a wrapping position about a pivot axis located above the wrapper inlet. A free end of the wrapping material outside of the baling chamber is protected by the displaceable supply unit from air turbulence during operation of the baling apparatus.

    Abstract: An agricultural applicator machine has a frame and at least one horizontally extending boom assembly. The boom assembly pivots to a folded position in which it is secured in a boom-cradle mechanism. The boom-cradle mechanism includes a crossmember and a boom rest at an outer end of the crossmember, the boom rest having a rigid inboard boom stop, a rigid outboard boom stop, and a saddle portion. The inboard boom stop extends from the saddle portion in an out-of-phase configuration relative the outboard boom stop. The boom-cradle mechanism has a locking assembly having an actuator assembly configured to rotate the crossmember, and thus the cradle boom rest. The actuator assembly connects to the crossmember through a linkage assembly. The actuator assembly causes the crossmember to rotate causing the boom rest to move between an open position and a locked position.

Controlling a pressure in a secondary side of a hydraulic circuit enables adjustment of the downward pressure precharge provided by hydraulic cylinders based on a desired stiffness of the implement. Flow from a hydraulic supply through a pressure-reducing valve puts the downward pressure precharge on gauge wheels. Once this desired downward pressure precharge has been achieved, flow from the hydraulic supply is shut off and a check valve holds the pressure such that the hydraulic cylinders hold the gauge wheels in the desired position.
