  • Patent number: 12614239
Abstract: Embodiments relate to storing farming activity values into geospatial containers associated with a spatial grid system, and generating data analytics therefrom. Pulse data collected by a data collection device and associated with a swath width of a farming implement can be obtained. A pulse polygon can be generated based on the swath width and location information included in the pulse data. The pulse polygon can be translated into at least one grid cell of a plurality of grid cells of a spatial grid system, such that the at least one grid cell geographically corresponds to the pulse polygon. Relevant data points extracted from the pulse data can be stored into a geospatial container generated for each grid cell of the at least one grid cell. Any of the geospatial containers can thus be selectively analyzed, independently or in combination with other geospatial containers, to derive accurate insights therefrom.

  • Patent number: 12495743
Abstract: An air conditioning system and methods of use regulate a moisture content of an agricultural product in a grain bin. The system receives headspace air from the headspace of the grain bin, which generally has a higher moisture content than ambient air. The system further receives ambient air and mixes the headspace air and the ambient air into a ratio comprising a target moisture content. The air mixture is provided into a grain bin plenum, where it then permeates through to agricultural product, thereby regulating the moisture. The system and method can be used to bring the agricultural product to a target moisture content that is preferred when storing the agricultural product.

  • Patent number: 12452255
Abstract: Embodiments provide for distributed transaction-based provenance tracking of agricultural data, secured access to authorized user accounts, auditability of the data, and transactional oversight of the data when exchanged between user accounts. A distributed ledger network including a primary node and a plurality of secondary nodes can store transactions generated based on various operations on or associated with agricultural data, including the certification of select portions of agricultural data collected by a data collection device, commands received from client devices associated with user accounts purchasing or licensing the agricultural data, and detected attempts to access the agricultural data, among other things.

  • Patent number: 12339369
Abstract: Computerized methods for determining a volume of an agricultural product in a container include using an image scanning system to determine a first and second point cloud of distance points. The distance points are classified as corresponding to one of the product or the container. The distance points classified as corresponding to the product are used to determine a volume change of the product. A topography of the product can also be isolated from the distance points classified as corresponding to the product, and the topography can be provided at an interview of a computing device.

  • Patent number: 11668433
Abstract: A locking system securing an image scanning device to a container includes a compressible material. The compressible material is disposed between a first securing plate and a second securing plate. A rotational element is disposed within curved edges of the first and second securing plates, where the curved edges each curve away from the compressible material. A shaft extends from the rotational element to the image scanning device. A fastener is secured through the first and second securing plates, and into the securing surface to lock the rotational element, and subsequently the shaft and image scanning device, in place. The locking system can be secured to a pitched surface to naturally position the image scanning device perpendicular to level ground.

  • Patent number: 11662468
Abstract: An image scanning system for determining a volume of product in a container, such as a grain bin, is secured to the container with a locking system. The image scanning device comprises an image scanning head rotatable in a first direction about a body housing, while the body housing is rotatable in a second direction about a securing arm. The first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. An image scanning device, which can be a LiDAR device, is housed within the image scanning head to image the container and the product as the device components are rotated. Software for controlling the system and outputting a volume change and a typographical representation of the product within the container is further provided.

  • Patent number: 11598675
Abstract: A cable having a sensor for measuring variables comprises an insulation displacement contact (IDC) that is at least partially enclosed within a sensor housing having the sensor disposed therein. The IDC comprises one or more IDC sheath prongs that extend through an insulating sheath to the conducting wire of the cable. The IDC continuously extends from an IDC longitudinal first end to an IDC longitudinal second end. The sensor housing comprises a first housing side and a second housing side. When the IDC is at least partially enclosed by the sensor housing, a first housing side longitudinal first end and a second housing side longitudinal first end are proximate the IDC longitudinal first end, and a first housing side longitudinal second end and a second housing side longitudinal second end are proximate the IDC longitudinal second end.

  • Patent number: 11243182
Abstract: A moisture soil probe system includes a probe having a solid rod with a plurality of sensors attached around the outer circumference of the rod in close proximity to the soil being measured, covered by a waterproof coating. A wireless transmitter unit receives a precision GPS timing signal which is propagated to logic and control circuitry associated with each sensor for use in calculating a volumetric moisture content of the soil in proximity to the sensor. The calculated moisture content is transmitted back to the wireless control unit which further transmits the data to a central station.
