The engagement device is adapted to engage the visor in two distinct engagement positions, wherein, in a first engagement position, the visor is in a first spatial relationship with respect to the remaining portion of the helmet and, in a second engagement position; the visor is in a second spatial relationship with respect to the remaining portion of the helmet.

Abstract: A movement device for a helmet for moving a first element of the helmet with respect to a second element of the helmet is described. The movement device includes a pivot element for pivoting about an axis of rotation, and a pivot seat, in which the pivot element is arranged. The pivot element includes an eccentric portion or cam, and the pivot seat includes a first seat region and a second seat region. The first seat region is in a position angularly offset and linearly translated with respect to the second seat region. A first position of the pivot element corresponds to the first seat region and a second position of the pivot element corresponds to the second seat region.

Abstract: A crash-helmet with a device for locking and releasing movable parts comprising a helmet body and a part which is associated with the helmet body and is movable with respect to the helmet body along a movement path. The device for locking and releasing the movable part comprises a first member, which is associated with the movable part and is provided with engagement regions which are mutually spaced along the movement path, and a second member, which is associated with the helmet body and is provided with at least one retention element which engages at least one of the engagement regions. The retention element is flexible in order to allow the movement of the movable part with respect to the helmet body, sequentially engaging the engagement regions when the movable part moves with respect to the helmet body.
