Abstract: Disclosed is a holder for removably securing a magnetizable golf ball marker. In certain embodiments, the holder is made of a durable material containing a recessed area, and acts as a magnetic base for the ball marker, to which the ball marker is attracted. In certain embodiments, a permanent magnet is secured and concealed in the recessed area of the holder. In certain embodiments, the recessed area is approximately the same size of the magnet so the magnet fits securely in the recessed area. In certain embodiments, the holder and magnet are kept together by a backing material. In certain embodiments, the ball marker holder is affixed to a cap, visor, article of clothing, or golf accessory. In certain embodiments, the holder also displays an ornamental design, revealing a graphic on the top of the holder when the ball marker is removed from the holder. In certain embodiments, the ball marker is removed by sliding or lifting the marker away from the magnet and magnetic field and off the holder.

Abstract: Disclosed are embroidery hoops and methods for using same that include a receiving surface for receiving a workpiece that has a first surface corresponding to a first face of a hook and loop fastener. The receiving surface has an opening therethrough and attachment material is secured to the receiving surface at least partially about the opening. The attachment material has a surface corresponding to a complimentary face of the hook and loop fastener. Contact of the surface of the workpiece to the surface of the attachment material releasably secures a portion of the workpiece over the opening for performing an embroidery operation on the portion of the workpiece over the opening.

Abstract: An assembly for exhibiting displays, such as logos, fanciful designs or messages on a clothing apparel. The assembly includes an appliqué having a flexible front layer provided with an opening and a back layer affixed to and extending across the opening of the front layer. The assembly further includes a rigid display securely positioned within the opening of the appliqué. The assembly can be attached to clothing apparel, including a cap and visor by stitching or sewing the appliqué to the clothing apparel. A headgear having an assembly exhibiting a display is also provided.

Abstract: A display assembly for placement on an apparel is provided. The assembly includes a flexible layer for placement against the apparel. The assembly further includes a display having pliable extension for penetrating across the flexible layer to securely position the display on the flexible layer. The assembly can be attached to the apparel, including a cap and visor by stitching or sewing the flexible layer to the apparel. A headgear having an assembly exhibiting a display is also provided.

Abstract: A headgear designed for releasably securing a golf ball marker by magnetic attraction is provided. The headgear includes a head band, a head strap attached to the head band for adjusting a circumference of the head band, and a buckle through which the head strap extends for securing an adjusted position of the head strap.
