    Abstract: An apparatus and method for applying labels and laminates comprises an applicator for applying a printed label and a laminate. The printed label corresponds to the article to be labeled and the laminate is sized to cover the printed label. The applicator applies the printed label and the laminate in sequence to the same location on the article to be labeled.
